It is composed of a sausage coated with a corn bread dough and then fried in very hot oil.
It is ground cookie, filled with arequipe, covered with a little chocolate.
It came about because of a video on Tik Tok, in which we saw a recipe for Corn Dogs or Banderillas. We found this recipe quite easy to make so we decided to take a chance with it.
We see it as an experiment in which we want to have fun during the process, but we also want a bigger company to emerge in the future, so that many more people can try our products.
It is not only to have economic profit, but also to give our customers a good product which they can enjoy, trying different and innovative things.
We want to give our customers a nice moment when they buy from us or come to our stalls, where they can relax a little while enjoying a good sausage skewer, and of course we will help every little animal we can help.
